Kid health

Kid health depends upon the mother care of child. The first and foremost care of kid is from his or her mother. In childhood child suffers from many diseases but it is depends on mother that how she tackle her kid in his or her childhood. Kid health is maintained from very first day because every mother wants to have healthy kid. Health of kid also depends on the food that he or she eat, games that he or she plays, drinks that he or she drinks and finally the activities in which he or she involves. For the purpose of controlling diseases in children latest techniques and methods are introduced by scientists and technicians. These techniques and methods include vaccination, proper checkup with new tools of measuring and proper treatments on every disease. Kid health is not so much easy to maintain because some kids are stubborn they don’t even listen to their mothers as well so every mother know how to control their kid and give him or her a better life. Kid health is based on the nutrition which is given to him from initial stages here are certain nutritional foods which must be given to kids:

  • From birth to 2 years age: Everyone knows that a born baby has only the nutrition is mother’s milk but when he or she grow up at the age of six months approximately mother gives other soft things to eat which are as follows:
  1. Banana: Banana is soft to eat and mothers give banana to kid when he or she become seven months old for the purpose of good health of kid.
  2. Bread: Mothers also gives bread to the child when he or she becomes seven months old for the purpose of making good health of her kid.
  3. Porridge: Mothers also gives porridge to their child for the purpose of giving good nutrition to their child. This porridge is in different flavors which are according to taste of their child.
  4. Cereals: Mothers also feed their child with cereals because they want to have healthy kid and kid health is very important for mothers.
  • At the age of 3 to 7 years: At the age of 3 years child must be given the food which is nutritional for his health following food is given to child:
  1. Dairy products: Dairy products include milk, yogurt, eggs, meat, cream and butter etc. These products are important for child health as well as child nutrition. Mothers give these products to kids for their healthy growth.
  2. Fruits: Children are given fruits because fruits contain minerals and vitamins which fulfill the requirement of body of child in his or her childhood. Mothers give fruits to kids for eating and maintaining their best level of health.
  3. Vegetables: Vegetables are also given to children by mothers for the purpose of gaining vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, calcium, magnesium, potassium and other minerals etc. These minerals can fulfill the requirement of body and make a kid strong and sharp.
  4. Meat: Meat is also important for child to eat because it fulfills the requirement of iron and magnesium in the body and regulates the circulation of blood in the body. Most of kids like to eat chicken so mothers try to make different dishes of chicken which are nutritional for their kids and they eat with interest.

Above is the nutritional feeding of kids by their mothers and these are very effective in their growth as well as body maintenance. Kid health is the first focus of mother and she tries her best to make her kid healthy.
